What do you charge?
Nothing from you for consultation, eligibility assessment or document review. Banks pay the channel partner a commission on disbursed files. You pay only the bank's own processing fee, legal fee and valuation charges — directly to the bank, by cheque or online, never in cash to me.
My CIBIL score is low. Is it over?
Not necessarily. Score matters, but so does the reason behind it — a settled card, a written-off account, an old guarantee, or just a thin file. Some lenders price for risk rather than reject. Send me your report and I'll tell you honestly whether to apply now or spend three months fixing it first.
How much loan will I actually get?
Broadly, banks allow EMIs totalling 50–60% of your net monthly income, capped by the property's value and legal clearance. Two applicants can be clubbed, and a co-applicant with income raises the number materially. The calculator above gives you the EMI; one call gives you the eligibility.
Can I get a loan against a property that's on lease from GDA or Noida Authority?
Yes, in most cases — provided the lease deed, sub-lease and mutation are in order and the authority issues a permission to mortgage where required. This is exactly the kind of case where the choice of bank decides the outcome.
Do you handle balance transfer and top-up?
Yes. If your current rate is well above today's repo-linked rates, a transfer can save several lakhs over the remaining tenure — and a top-up on the same property is usually far cheaper than a personal loan. Share your current sanction letter and outstanding, and I'll do the maths.
Where are you based and which areas do you cover?
Office is at D-Mall, Niti Khand-3, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. I cover Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara, Crossings Republik, Raj Nagar Extension, Siddharth Vihar, and across Noida and Greater Noida. Property elsewhere in NCR is usually workable too — call and check.
